Another option that seems appealing is working in medical examiners office as an autopsy tech/assistant. I mention tissue donation specifically because in all of my searching for jobs related to death ive never seen it suggested and it was entirely on accident that I found what I consider to be a fulfilling career through a craigslist ad.
